There are 2 different things here.
1. Background blurring or effects in Optimized MS Teams -> GA in 2207 (Was a Tech Preview in 2206). AFAIK the registry keys that were needed for the TP in 2206 are no longer needed
2. Background blurring on redirected Webcams -> TechPreview in 2207. With this feature, any webcam stream used in the VDA (Unoptimized Teams / Zoom / whatever app uses webcam) now has a blurred background. As this is a Tech Preview you need to enable it via the Registry

08/31/2022, 3:02 PMLooks like the flag has switched for me - noticed the UI is there today and once I deleted the client side reg key I'd ben using for testing CWA2206 TP it works well (blur / background image).
