11/05/2019, 12:07 PMI had to step back from testing this temporarily, but my next steps were going to be using RDAnalyzer to mess around with a/v settings within the session to see if it helps. Given that I saw the same issues using this on physical devices, I'm not terribly hopeful.

11/05/2019, 6:11 PMThey couldn't clarify further, so it seems like BlueJeans Desktop is supported in Citrix. And now that I write that, I realize that I never mentioned the Desktop bit before. The back end software is definitely not supported in Citrix.
