11/19/2019, 11:03 PMI'm guessing Azure AD Connect is set to sync every hour. You can force this by logging into the Azure AD Connect server, opening Powershell, and execute the following.
Start-ADSyncSyncCycle -PolicyType Delta
It also helps to create the AD objects on a DC in the same location as the Azure AD Sync Server.
