Hi James, From the past, it was recommended to disable offloading on XenServer. (PIF and VIF) Not sure it's always needed. (https://xenappblog.com/2010/citrix-xenserver-slow-network-performance/) For most recent XenServer there was also https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX217679 (not sure it applies to recent version) I suppose that task offload is disabled in your golden image.
