I have many customers who use CUP for monitoring their VDI. I like to say that ControlUp is the Visine of monitoring tools; it gets the red out. Just keep double-clicking on the red items and you will find your culprit. It is that easy. Now resolving the issue may not be that easy, but finding the culprit is easy.

Hey @Touseef Rehman - Just FYI - #CLN1Q8614 actually has a dedicated channel here in the World of EUC slack community - It’s filled with current users, SME’s, and more! It’s a great place to ask questions like this, and get lots of detailed answers from users and ControlUp Support engineers alike! BTW - have you used branch mapping at all? Assuming all these users across that one site are within some known IP range, you can basically label them all with “Site A” or whatever you’d want to call it, and then • a) in the real-time console, you can easily group by Branch name (in the display settings - click “Enable Grouping”) and more clearly see trends across the users in that site, in Real-Time. and • b) a number of the Insights historical reports can also be filtered by Branch name, for example, the Sessions - Activity report, as seen in the screenshot below.
