No. Great wall makes the Citrix IP address sometimes resolve to things like facebook…
What we have is a NS pair in Azure china, and a storefront pair. They point to cloud connectors in our network for app resolution / connectivity so that users in China can access items we publish worldwide. Users outside china can access china based resources via cloud.com gateway.
m
do you run VDA's also in China Azure? or use it only as a access point via ADC's and SF's?
p
We have a fully built out farm in azure china publishing apps / data that needs to stay in country. With our move to Citrix cloud we will be decommissioning some of it, SQL, DDCs etc but right now we are in a hybrid mode.
My main point though is all users in china access the specific URL of our netscaler pair. Not company.cloud.com since being able to access it changes with the wind.

Paul, thanks for confirming this. that is exactly the same what I have planned now as we cannot connect to *.cloud.com. pair of ADC's, SF's and VDA's in China azure, cloud connectors in other region

Same problem here
Maybe we can keep in touch if things evolve with the resolution of *.cloud.com

I did hear today from Citrix support that they are testing/validating a official solution, so we might see something in the near future concerning this issue.
