08/18/2021, 8:45 PMWe have confirmation from the vendor of a bug in the version we are running, which we couldn't upgrade until today. We are starting testing and rollout of the version with this particular bug fixed.

According to the vendor, MS made a change to process used to prevent possibly unwanted applications (PUA). Where they were able to kill them by a single thread or process (unclear) previously, the new change kills the entire process chain. In our case, this included svchost.exe and blue screens on servers.
