02/01/2022, 9:40 PMmy question was in regards to logoff. i've been working with citrix escalation for two years now on this issue. about 5% of the time a logoff will not occur properly and crash ica, then the vm has to be power cycled for the user to log back in. thru custom cdf traces ive been given they know the problem is snagit, waiting for them to engage M$. was curious if others had this on w10 pooled desktops
