I have. What is the issue?
d
Works in Windows but not ThinOS, so something missing in WMS we assume but that is all out of my depth.
s
Thinos 13 is not yet compatible with smartcard for what I remember
d
Pretty sure this is 9.1
o
what is the operating system for CVAD?
in ThinOS you have to tick the box to redirect smart card, make sure that you are not trying to perform a "USB redirect", this will not work with Windows Server as CVAD. And then there is this bug with the “SCardSvr” service that constantly need to be restarted.

I think it's Windows 10. Where is the option to redirect a smart card in WMS? I'm not as familiar.
o
You need to be sure if it's Window Server or Windows 10 (VDI). With Windows Server you want to use the CItrix/ICA smart card channel redirection, which has been there for a long time and works fine, if you are aware that you have to restart the smart card service in loop. With Windows 10 (VDI) you could try the USB native redirection in stead of the smart card redirection via the Citrix ICA channel. Depending on which setup you have, Windows Server (multi-session) or VDI (Windows 10), the setup can be very different.
