Thanks, I found the entries that displays the right click in the HKroot area but im still drawing a blank on how to see what code they perform. Im actually looking to see what action happens when you click on the right click entry. Im not looking to add any new ones.

I'm sure that the code is compiled into the executable and you won't be able to see it. It may also be encoded into a DLL and called as a function or method in the code, so that would make it even harder to see what they are doing. Typically, this kind of discovery isn't possible in a program, unlike in a script

You’d need something like IDA Pro to try and reverse the dll

it’s not impossible but if they have obfuscated the code or done other clever things it can be very difficult
