i haven't touched wyse in years, i went full stratodesk and never looked back. so older fw is fine, but never fw isn't? are you able to update to the latest workspace app independent of the fw? you can do that with most of these vendors.

checked a couple of 9.1.x versions 9.1.5067 and 9.1.6108, each with Workspace ip it goes with. Still the same. The latest Citrix Workspace app I could download for Dell Wyse is 21.12.0.18.3.
