I always removed from winlogon as it’s legacy stuff that can better be centrally handled managed by any of the EUC products out there, never had complains or issues

It is used by RDSH role for autostarting stuff in Published App scenarios where no full desktop is used by enduser.

Copy that - in Germany there is a ton of „quality engineered“ legal software and tax advisory software out there where the vendor only supports the userlogon.cmd… 🤣
