As organizations adopt the 64-bit version of Citrix Workspace app, administrators often need to account for endpoints that have third-party virtual channel plug-ins installed. If a device is upgraded to a 64-bit Citrix Workspace app while a required virtual channel is only available as a 32-bit plug-in, that plug-in may no longer function.
