For CWA 25.3.0.189 - We had reports of printers not mapping when launching published applications or desktops. Event logs do not show errors. My own test of rolling back to the previous version mapped them again. Has anyone else come across this?

Any “know” issue with coping large files between endpoint and Citrix session ? (>700 MB). Tested on different CWA for Windows sessions and still the same result: frozen session after few seconds. No issues with smaller files ~90 MB

Bug or feature.. why is the log folder named with UTC, and the Requirement log folder (correctly) with system time?

One of our clients is getting a proxy popup asking for a username and password (tested on different version of CWA for Windows - the same results). It’s a major inconvenience and frustrating for users. Interestingly, the issue doesn’t occur with the CWA HTML5 client. Any ideas on how to diagnose this? Could it be related to proxy configuration, browser settings, or something specific to the client? Any suggestions are welcome!

Anyone else have iPads in their environment with users experiencing unexpected desktop disconnects when Microsoft Teams attempts to optimize? This phenomenon only started in the last month for me. Teams and CWA for iOS are all on the latest versions.

CWA high CPU (7-8%) suage for igdkmdn64.sys!udt_cleanup+0x776 anyone can see something similar during file transfer between Citrix session and endpoint via connected client drives. Is it normal?

Anyone else with issues with CWA 2402 LTSR CU3 and green lines/pixels on live streams/ youtube etc. ? Seems to be a H.265 offloading issue. If I turn off H.265, we see no issues. No problem with H.265 on CU2. Also seen on CWAL 2503 with a lot more issues on green/pink issue: VDI has vGPU (Nvidia A16)

Since Citrix CWA 2503 (including 2503.1), we have been experiencing issues with multiple screens. As soon as more than one monitor is used in Citrix, for example, text latency on the second screen becomes significantly delayed. Everything works perfectly with the previous CWA version.

I also noticed an issue with 2503(.1), with the focus. When switching from local to a remote (windowed) session. the (new) toolbar gets the focus instead of the active window in the session. This is especially annoying for example when working with the autotype functionality in KeePass.

When you deploy workspace app via intune or some other package manager and you use CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe /silent does that install all the webex, teams, vdi, and sson packages? or do you have to change the CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe /silent to all the commands that you want and then build it? Also, what about the windows app store? If i deploy workspace app via intune windows for buisness store does it come with all the plugins?

I like the new toolbar in CWA, but they should have slimmed down the bar that persists a little.

Is there really no way to disable App Protection in CWA? I've tried installing via script and GUI, and App Protection still starts once I launch CWA. Wasn't the case on 2410.x this morning.

Since last week multiple customers are reporting errors with Workspace app 2409.10, 2503.1 and 2503.2. They all report the same: They can start the first pub app without issues and no second pub app afterwards. The symptoms are all the same: 1. After the launch pf the first pub app, the Workspace app tray symbol looks strange and has only two options left: Open and Close 2. An App Crash of receiver.exe in the eventlog (pictures attached). Can anybody help?

Anyone has experience with client name passthrough to second hop Published applications ? We have set this up and it works great initially but when a user roams the first hop session to another endpoint the second hop session will still show the old client name in director. We are using 2404 LTSR CU2 workspace app and VDA, issue also was when we were on 2203 LTSR and probably some time before. We did setup the registry keys mentioned in https://support.citrix.com/s/article/CTX239561-client-name-not-passing-through-in-a-doublehop-scenario And also HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Lockdown Profiles\All Regions EnableLockdown=0 was suggested. Both did not solve the issue. Is there any way to force update of the client name for the second hop session without disconnecting it ?

I'm seeing Citrix documentation inconstancy. Can someone clarify. In the command line article it states. "We recommended you to use the ADDLOCAL key only if you want to install any of the specific components of Citrix Workspace app. By default, if no ADDLOCAL parameter is specified, all the supported components are installed while installing the Citrix Workspace app." It then shows a list of compoonts and SSON is one of them. Has anyone had issues with copy/paste (inside vda) after updating to workspace app 2503?

Does anybody know if it's possible to create exceptions for the DLL injection Citrix App Protection does to various processes? So this feature: To offer the App Protection solution, few Citrix signed DLLs such as ctxapclient32.dll and ctxapclient64.dll are injected into all processes. Until Citrix Workspace app for Win‑ dows versions 2405.12 and 2402 CU3, an additional DLL, FeatureFlagHelper32.dll and FeatureFlagHelper64.dll was being injected. These DLLs are harmless and it is safe to have the traces of these DLLs in the log files of other processes. It causes our VPN service to not start sometimes. The workaround from the supplier (Palo Alto) is to switch it to delayed start. But this will impact the user experience as it will take a lot longer before the VPN connection is started.

Copy and Paste bug still exists with 2503.10 EAR client.

Since updating to Citrix Workspace App (CWA) version 2503.1 (or 2503.2), we've been experiencing noticeable input lag when using certain applications on a secondary monitor within a VDI session. The issue manifests as delayed text input — keystrokes appear with a visible delay in some programs. However, when moving the same application window to the primary monitor, the input behaves normally, without any lag. This behavior has been observed regardless of GPU usage — it occurs both with and without hardware acceleration enabled. We’ve reviewed the release notes for CWA 2503.10 but didn’t find any reference to this issue being addressed. Has anyone else in the community encountered this problem? Would be interested to hear if there are any known workarounds or if it's already been logged with Citrix support.
