Copy and Paste bug still exists with 2503.10 EAR client.

Since updating to Citrix Workspace App (CWA) version 2503.1 (or 2503.2), we've been experiencing noticeable input lag when using certain applications on a secondary monitor within a VDI session. The issue manifests as delayed text input — keystrokes appear with a visible delay in some programs. However, when moving the same application window to the primary monitor, the input behaves normally, without any lag. This behavior has been observed regardless of GPU usage — it occurs both with and without hardware acceleration enabled. We’ve reviewed the release notes for CWA 2503.10 but didn’t find any reference to this issue being addressed. Has anyone else in the community encountered this problem? Would be interested to hear if there are any known workarounds or if it's already been logged with Citrix support.

How to disable CWA login prompt on Mac? Every time I start my Mac, a login window for CWA (my organization’s system) pops up. I just close it, but it annoyingly reappears at random times. Does anyone know how to disable this? (I don’t want to log in.)

Anyone notice inconsistent launch outcomes when launching published desktops from Edge. Some machines download the ica file some launch automatically. All are the same machines and all have ica associated with citrix workspace.

Anyone have a solution for FSLogix not being able to attach the profile, when connecting via eSSO in workspace app (cr) on 24H2 Win11 with EnableMPR = 1? I'm asking in this channel and not the fslogix channel, because it works fine if we: a) do not use sso in the workspace app and provide username + password manually b) use the storefront website c) downgrade the client to 23H2 The VDA is Windows Server 2022 with Citrix VAD 2503 and FSLogix 3.25.626.21064. It all does not matter though, because we also see the same problem with CVAD 2407 or older FSLogix versions. Enhanced SSO is enabled on the client via Group Policy. FSLogix Error in the screenshot basically says "could not connect to a domaincontroller". VDA throws a bunch of LSA 40970 and 40960 errors during the error, stating "authenticationfailure for server cifs/domaincontroller" and "not enough systemressources to complete the API call (0xc000009a)".

I had a client give me some Extrahop DNS data. All of our Double-hop machines are checking DNS for Workspace.Citrix and Workspace.Citrix. <internaldomainname>. I have gone through all the gpo and settings and can't find exactly what on the Workspace App config could be causing it to connect to that DNS entry. Anyone else ever seen this?

Anyone else getting "Launch timed out..." on macOS Sequoia 15.6 with CWA 25.05.10.16. This happens with both CWA and Web. The firewall is turned off.

Hi all, got a protocol driver error 2064 1030 when using cwa 2503 connecting via gateway. All other clients are fine, also internet breakout is used by other clients which can successfully connect. FW Ports are all openend. Any idea?

I’m gathering insights on this topic: What’s stopping you from using a smartphone as your primary VDI client? I mean fully replacing your desk device and connecting wirelessly to a mouse, keyboard, and monitor (I know many of you don’t yet have AirPlay or Miracast available). I’m especially interested in hearing about the weak points in the current experience — areas that need improvement, features that should be enhanced, or pain points that make this setup impractical today.

Not sure if this is the right channel, but here goes... Got users running a full-screen desktop with the Desktop Viewer enabled. When they return from being away, their virtual desktop is locked. However, pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del doesn't send an unlock request to the virtual desktop, but on the host instead (which obviously brings up the Windows Security menu because their machine is unlocked, it's just the virtual session has locked). They say on the previous platform they used a Ctrl-Alt-Del sent an unlock request to their virtual desktop, which I want to recreate. Is there any way you can configure Workspace App and/or the Desktop Viewer so that the Ctrl-Alt-Del keystroke on the host passes in to the virtual session? The Ctrl-F1 doesn't work because Desktop Viewer is in use, and you can only configure the full-screen toggle via GPO in this format.

Anyone have issues with Citrix Workspace (latest CR build) randomly popping up for authentication? I've seen this while connected to my VDA at work, and when not connected at all.

When using ChromeOS or the HTML5 CWA and browsing the local computer's drive using the client drive mapping feature, there seems be either an undocumented limitation or bug when showing and accessing files over 4GB. Has anyone else experienced this issue? When trying to access a 4+GB file it shows as only ~2.5GB and only transfers (when copying from client to host) that much thus truncating the file and potentially corrupting it. I'm running VDA 2507 LTSR and 2507 ChromeOS CWA, but it has been an issue with older versions of both.

Hello, We have a random issue on Win11 since August with a lot of CWA versions (2402, 2503 …). After some time, Citrix Session is crashing. i mean, suddenly, Desktop or Apps are crashing and in local computer Windows logs, we have a Application Error linked with wfica32.exe. Issue is resolved after uninstalling August Microsoft Updates KB for Win11. Some of you have the same issue ?

Can anyone think of a reason why CWA is trying to connect to the Azure Virtual Desktop Client app ID in my Entra? (and subsequently getting blocked by Conditional access as we don't allow it). It's when I launch a session to my Windows 365 CPC.
