    Anyone actually able to get the Connection Strength Indicator to work in CWA 2409? https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-workspace-app-for-windows/session-experience#connection-strength-indicator-on-desktop-viewer-toolbar Not seeing it on my home endpoint running CWA 2409 while connecting to my W10 and W11 VDAs running 2402 CU1. All virtual channels are allowed.

    In 2024 what are the best ways to have users citrix workspace bar pre set to allow all file access, allow video and audio instead of ask me each time? Registry? GPO, Some other Citrix cloud based policies that you can push settings to users? Thanks

    Any know issues with running vGPU enabled VM on a endpoint with a Nvidia GPU + Intel UHD graphics? Having issues with FPS on some devices, they are only able to push like 20FPS and the quality is kinda shit. The problem is related to the endpoint but can't really figure out what component that is causing issues.. The endpoint enforces h264, probably because it thinks conditions are trash. Normally we are able to run 60FPS completely smoothly.

    With Ring central does the Browser content redirection Citrix optimisation work on ChromeOS devices as apparently ChromeOS CWA supports browser content redirection.

    Fixed issues in 2409.1 • You might notice that printers do not map to the session, causing users to fail to print from published applications using locally installed printers.     I'm trying to get App Protection working in my lab environment. I'm running Citrix VAD 2407 with StoreFront 2407. I have done the following so far: - Imported App Protection licenses to the license server - Enabled XML trust through Web Studio - Enabled Anti-keylogging and Anti-screen-capturing on two of my three Delivery Groups - Enabled WebReceiverAppProtection on StoreFront through the Set-STFWebReceiverAppProtection cmdlet When I use the Workspace App (2409.1), I see all three Delivery Groups and when I run the two in question the anti-screen capturing and anti-keylogging works perfectly. However, when I go through the StoreFront webpage I only see the Delivery Group with the App Protection enabled. The browser has detected my Workspace Launcher correctly and I tried the Citrix Web Extension which identifies which Workspace App version I'm running as it should. When I go through https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-workspace-app/app-protection/app-protection-hybrid-launch-storefront.html I don't see anything else what I should do to enable it through StoreFront web. Has anyone managed to get App Protection working with StoreFront web?

    Hi there, does anyone know is there a way to disable or turn off Enhanced virtual desktop screen resizing experience for CWA 2409.1 without having to revert back to 2402 CWA. This is causing a delay each time one of the session instances is resized and in dual monitor. In Citrix documentation it states that "starting with 2409 version, Citrix workspace App for windows ensures a smooth transition prevents dark screens and flickers when resizing". This feature is enabled by default. Has anyone seen issues with 2409.1 CWA for this and resizing with new feature.

    In the recent Workspace App versions App Protection is installed by default. Does someone know it it is possible to not include it in the installation when performing a command line install? I can't seem to find it in the Citrix Docs.

    Have a customer experiencing the inability to use native workspace app to netscaler. Found this article: https://support.citrix.com/s/article/CTX580263-workspace-error-unable-to-add-account-with-the-given-server-url?language=en_US and the CN is different than the FQDN, but it is a SAN on the cert. Will a wildcard cert satisfy the certificate trust in workspace app, or is it a requirement that the FQDN matches the CN of the cert?

    We use Okta for MFA and have users that can configure Mac TouchID as a security key/biometric authenticator, as well as WHfB. While WHfB works properly, Macs are not working. Instead of passing through and prompting for the TouchID, it gives a popup within the VDI to plugin a USB security key. While I have not experienced it working on Macs, reports have said it did previously. Has anyone experienced this? I'm thinking a potential Workspace App for Mac update? I can barely turn a a Mac on, much less successfully use one!

    Anyone seeing random connection timeout via CWA internally? StoreFront and HTML5 always works. Is it possible to increase the timeout? We are using email based discovery.

    Hi, We are seeing an issue where USB device is placed in D3 - deepest sleep state with Citrix Workspace App installed, as a result redirection is not working. If the device is unplugged and plugged back in, it works as it comes of deepest sleep state to working state. When we remove CWA, USB device doesn’t go into deepest sleep state. Wondering if CWA being inactive/idle for sometime triggers placing USB device in deepest sleep state. Is it possible that CWA USB driver/channel can dictate power state of USB devices?

    Suggestions on what is the best way to enable the Enterprise Browser after Workspace LTSR is installed and/or would enabling the policy to make it the default browser in GAC force it to install the Enterprise browser if it’s not on there? As Enterprise browser is compatible but not installed by default or do we just rerun the install with the correct switches? Thanks in advance…

    Today I learned there was a Citrix Workspace App (Windows store). Anyone using that one? If so, is there any reason not to move to it vs the regular Workspace App? I always feel like Store apps are low effort missing feature versions of things.

    Anyone heard anything about the latest version 24.9.10.28 breaking the previous version? The simply won't open. Attached are the log files filled with errors if anyone from Citrix is hear to help out.

    Hi, I recently enabled Auto Update for the Windows client, I can see that the settings are active, but users don't get the popup to update. How often does the client check to see if updates are available?

    Any known issues with installing Workspace on machines that went through a Win10->Win11 upgrade? Initially the issue resulted in a similar error to this, looking for ICAWebWrapper. Disabled AV, ran Receiver Cleanup Utility, all the standard steps we are all familiar with. Finally extracted the entire .exe to a folder so when the prompt came, I could point to the intall files. Seemed to get further, but then eventually still bombs out with the second graphic attached here. The commonality (so far at this site) is that these are machines that went through a Win10->11 upgrade.

    Anybody else encountering issues with CWA 2503 for Mac? A bunch of our users auto updated today and started getting "no Citrix SSL Server configured on the specified address" This is on multiple different MacOS versions. Rolling back to 2411.10 seems to correct it. Looking in the CitrixViewer logs for 2503 I do see these messages for the fqdn of the Netscaler VIP "TT_ERROR timed out after 1500 ms waiting for handshake message" but I'm not sure what it means

    Heya, I have an issue specific to a thin client hardware, HP T530 with Linux CWA 25.3. When you attempt to start the desktop, we use the native browser to open Storefront to start it from there. Same issue with Gateway. After multplie attempts, the desktop starts and then the issue is resolved. We use eLux, same build with a different hardware, Fujitsu, works perfectly. Weird
