With shared computer licensing enabled = No co pilot button in Excel/Word with a co pilot premium licensed user , Turn off shared computer licensing = co pilot button in Excel/Word with a co pilot premium licensed user. This is weird as Microsoft have told us shared computer licensing is supported

06/08/2026, 2:29 PMFYI i got this working even with shared computer licensing by switching channel from semi annual channel to montly channel and logging into O365 with a user with a co pilot premium license. The Co pilot icon is available in excel/word and works fine
