Has anyone seen when DaaS does not see changes to hosting infrastructure? Particularly new VM's being added or deleted? This has now happenned second time. I created new VM to be used as a base image and it's not appearing when I browse for it when creating machine catalog. Same with deleting VM's.

I've seen this with what you described, as well as snapshots not listing even after hitting refresh. In the past I've put the hosting connection in maint mode and then take it out immediately and it updates.
