Upgrade from WEM 2411 to 2511 fails: "Infrastructure Service Configuration Error saving Infrastructure Service Configuration! Error while trying to configure Infrastructure service registry permissions! This access control list is not in canonical form and therefore cannot be modified." I am pretty sure someone else posted that already but I cannot find it neither in slack nor linen.dev. Maybe someone have a hint or two?

Had the same issue and Citrix Support couldn't solve it… Try to give the used WEM service account full permission on the file system for the infrastructure service. A service restart should bring the WEM service back online. (C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\Workspace Environment Management Infrastructure Services)

Thanks Julian. Unfortunately that did not work for us. Will try to roll back to 2411 and open a case with Citrix.
