03/03/2026, 12:53 PMHave a lot of users receiving this after we upgraded from 24.02.4001 to 25.07.1000.1025. Any other have this? LTSR is our approach, not CR versions.

03/06/2026, 8:20 AMWe had a ticket open with Citrix regarding this same issue, Engineering identified it is an issue with changes they made to "m_decoderCaps", they have fixed the issue in the latest CR release and will be coming to 2507 CU2. The last working version for us was 2503.10 which was prior to the decoder changes.
