Hello, How long does it take to propagate the citrix cloud workspace custom domain certificate ? I've updated the custom domain workspace url cert. In the citrix cloud portal it shows next year date (which is correct) but when I open the URL it still shows old cert. or apart from changing the cert, is there any other setting that we need to change?

It was pretty quick for us

Again, in the citrix cloud console it shows new cert expiry date but on the portals it still shows old cert. (Verified again now)

probably unrelated, when we moved from cloud.com to our custom workspace url, it was about 45 minutes for it to work. we would get the redirect but an OIDC error; it would then work completely, then next browser refresh it would error. so it does a bit of time to propagate.

I dont know if this helps but our current certificate expires on march 20, it is more than 30 days. will citrix change it if it is below 30 days only?

I just checked our config, we're using the Citrix Managed / LE cert rotation.
