12/30/2025, 1:32 PMWe believe impact is due to a client side failure with specific third party DNS providers. We recommend that customers experiencing impact with launches or connectors, raise support requests with their DNS provider

12/30/2025, 1:34 PMCisco Umbrella is broken today, cascading to citrix cloud. Just had to help a hospital flip to alternate DNS to get it to work.

12/30/2025, 2:01 PMThere we go, on one of the CC's I decided to test with, I did run a ipconfig /flushdns so I have no clue if that's related or not, but after a few minutes event log says:
An outage has completed and normal operation will now resume. The outage lasted 183.3 minutes. This machine acted as Local Host Cache during the outage for this zone.
