I created the ticket and the process is done. The Single-Tenant is now without licenses and I would have to allocate them. But I can't. Has anybody done this process and knows why and I can't deallocate to allocate?

This are the 25 license that belonged to the single-tenant before the forced migration. I just want to move them back to them, but I don't see how.
