Using WEM Applications/Start Menu configuration, can WEM Service be used to manage the Start Menu in its entirety? If we wanted only 3 folders with apps, can WEM do that? Or does WEM simply add the 3 folders to the existing start menu? Thanks

You are much better off manipulating the file system permissions on the shared start menu IMHO and then using wem to add anything custom - I have a post on it and it was rock solid at scale over and over (and non intrusive)

Just an Idea: You could use FsLogix Appmasking to hide unnecessary things in the Start Menu. And add what is needed with WEM Dynamically.
