Not really sure which channel this belongs, but I have a customer wanting to migrate off Citrix on to an M365 joined device model with sharepoint for storage and access their cloud based apps. One thing we haven't decided on is printing. They are currently using Tricerat but Tricerat does not support true Cloud printing, ie printing from home to an office pc. Anyone have any recommendations for this type of setup?

I’d take a look at this and see if it meets your requirements. Its included in some M365 licenses and is priced per print job https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/windows/universal-print
j
tried, none of their printers support universal print

That’s only if you want to use the printer without the connector. Maybe you should start by asking whether any of the printers support true “serverless” cloud printing, and which solution, if that’s what you’re after.

good thing that printing isn't that important anymore in business 😉
j
yeah who prints anymore anyway 🙂
@Daniel Viklund do you have any experience with Printix? I saw that when researching but have never heard of them

@Josh Farlow yeah we had a customer before that used in Citrix, and later move to intune solution, and they where happy with it.
