Hey all, has anyone seen a problem when using Citrix WEM to import GPO settings, that it creates a second (Default) registry string value when you try to set that (Default) value with WEM. The result is that Windows seems to ignore the second one with the desired value. There's a reddit thread here with the same issue, but no apparent fix. https://www.reddit.com/r/Citrix/comments/1doy9ge/using_wem_to_set_default_registry_entries/

Thanks for the suggestion! @Yan Wang, do we have plan for it?

Does it work with „##DefaultRegValue##“ as Name (without quotes)?

@Markus Zehnle , thanks, I have tested ##DefaultRegValue## instead of (Default) and on first try it works and there is no duplication of (Default).......I'll do some more testing to confirm. If indeed that is the fix, the documentation could be much, much clearer on this.

Furthermore, I've confirmed that using ##DefaultRegValue## instead of (Default) works reliably. @Sharp Guo and @Yan Wang please consider clarifying this in the documentation - it will save people significant time debugging this issue.
Phew, I've burnt some time on that one. Thank you @Markus Zehnle
