02/05/2025, 1:33 PMHello, we have a customer who have a very strange problem. It use Citrix Daas and WEM Service with WEM Agent 2501 installed on MCS VDA 2402 CU1.
Randomly, when users are connecting, they don't have the personnalisations (application, network drive) who are appearing on the session launch. When users are then clicking on the refresh tab on wem agent in the session, eveything is charging. This can happen to a randomly user on a randomly vda and sometimes on a same vda, one user can have this problem and an other not.
Some of you had this problem ?

02/25/2025, 9:28 PMHello, problem is deeper than I think. Randomly a user can login in his desktop and then Wem agent is charging but after 30 min, all icons, network drives disapear and the user need to click on refresh on wem agent to have all icons on the desktop and network drivers back.
