Running into an issue with users in China getting an error message "cannot connect to the server, please check the network connectivity" along with error 2064,1100000. I think its related to some kind of network restriction but the same user can access Citrix at a different site. Could this be related to the great Chinese firewall? Or more likely something local? Anyone run into something similar? The resources work just fine for other users in north america. We do not currently have rendezvous enabled, which means the Cloud connectors would be calling back to the Gateway Service POP if I'm not mistaken. Anything I can look at to improve troubleshooting?

I hit this with great China firewall years back, magically, if I added a custom domain name to workspace and used that, it got through just fine

We has errors like you for a month because a colleague has enable : Enable DNS résolution in daas settings on our csp tenant but we are using netscaler and storefront to connect and not workspace. After disabling these option again, everything works.
