anyone setup infrastructure monitoring yet in Citrix cloud monitor ? i installed the Infrastructure monitoring agent on a storefront server and gone into Cloud monitor and click on infrastructure > Create connection but it does nothing and loops back to main monitor dashboard (edited)

Same problem for me on a specific customer. The Settings link is missing on the left side. I also have a problem with Application Dashboard on Monitor home page. You too ?

Yeah i have the same menu i only have infrastructure. My application usage insights on main monitor dashboard appears to be working fine for me

I open a case but I am pretty sure this will take some time to be resolved 😞 I try different things to get it worked but no way.

Did you also install certs to your PVS and StoreFront boxes? The documentation also says you need to contact support and enable HTTPS on the Monitor side.

Fair, the documentation is evolving. It sounds like you’re having issues registering? Before last week the documentation had a PowerShell SDK command to register the infrastructure components. I haven’t finished the registration myself, I’m in process of running through organizational red tape to get a service account created. Interesting your screen shot shows licensing (coming soon), that wasn’t there yesterday for me.

The problem is the settings menu is missing. I have different customers and the settings menu is only missing on some customers (none of my customers have enable https currently because the infrastructure monitoring is not already deployed).
