Customer acquired new licensing as their NS licensing expired. Two MPXs in H/A pair. NetScaler Console Service used, flexed licensing applied. MPXs and 4 VPX can get a license, show connected, all good there. However, one of the secondaries is in the Console twice: one entry looks normal (IP Address 1.2.3.4 as an example), but right underneath it is another one that has an IP address like this: 1.2.3.4-6611545162433443BECACEADADFABA. this entry shows down and it shows the older enterprise license being applied. I can't remove this entry. I've rebooted secondary, release licensing, deleted local license files but this straggler won't go away. Any ideas?

Support ticket, I’d say they should fix this stuff as they dictated the new lic model
