GOOD NEWS!!!! Starting from Netscaler 14.1 29.x versions, NetScaler vpx express license file is now premium which comes with all platinum features enabled. For those who want to test features, or learn NetScaler, we can now download the latest NetScaler image and use it directly without any license file. Just tested this in my lab. All the features are enabled. Don't have to worry about license files, cloud licenses bla bla bla for test environments or lab environments.
