06/21/2024, 2:20 PMWe have our Directory Services timeout set to 15,000ms (15 seconds), and looking at the log, we didn't hit that threshold. The user is in the same domain as the VDA, etc., so no cross domain stuff.

06/25/2024, 5:27 AMWe have added the AD cache in the latest version. It can help reduce the AD query operation and will be released soon.
