Hello does anyone know where this screen comes from. This is from an Okta Radius server but does anyone know where this can be modified in terms of the appearance and text? This is after you login to Citrix and get to the second auth.

Definitely looks like a NetScaler nFactor schema

looks very similar to the DUO radius auth with the [radius_server_challenge] code block

Where is this stored on the Netscaler?

could be a schema as Jon suggested, in my case i wasn't using nfactor, so almost seems built in, either with a schema or part of Radius auth in general

that is what shows with basic auth LDAP/RADIUS. You could probably edit it with a rewrite rule.
