Is anyone else finding the DaaS Licensing usage no longer showing anything after the last 1 month extra grace period Citrix did in April or last renewal?

I think you have move to HMC License. You probably need to change your DaaS Licence Model from User/Device to CCU.

Thanks Julien that was exactly right. With the mess that was the renewal process this year I hadn't actually realised the DaaS had originally be U/D licensed and Citrix instead now changed it to a concurrent licnese. Changed DaaS to default to Concurrent and usage is now trickling in with new connections.
