Competition will not kill Citrix. Their accounts department will. For months we've been trying to pay our invoice, but nobody at accounts would respond to emails. Eventually we gave up and short paid (invoice had tax, we are exempt) and now Citrix collections are chasing us. Multiple emails from them, all responses ignored. Our account manager can't even get them to respond.. It's so pathetic.
If we lose service because we paid the bill, that will be the end of Citrix in our org even if alternatives are inferior.
