04/22/2024, 8:59 PMHas anyone been able to do on-premise storefront and NetScaler Gateways and get Smart Access policies to show up in Citrix Cloud Monitor? I have switched over a client to advanced session policies and they do not show up in Citrix Cloud Monitor the same way I have seen them show up in on-premise deployments of Director. In particular I am trying to get the Session Policies we assign to appear as selectable groups.

04/23/2024, 11:26 AMIt's odd, in my 2402 lab environment using my on-prem 14.1 netscalers I see proper session policies in monitor. Where my customer using 13.1 netscalers does not show the session policies. Is this a 14.1 only feature? Or is there some other setting I am missing to pass this through to monitor.
