Enterprise Browser, Secure Browser: Published some web sites for a business use case that we have. These users have their own client site and required access to our internal sites. When using CEB, they get an error message 'cannot start saas app' - however if they use Edge and open our app portal, they can launch the application just fine. This only occurs on their network so my initial suspicion is firewall/proxy but that doesn't add up since accessing through Edge works. I opened a ticket with Citrix and provided some CWA logs and fiddler traces but wondering if anyone here has some further insight?
