quick question for WEM upgrades here. I have been having tons of issues with machines checking in, processing on login, etc and I think I need to get the WEM database upgraded. Currently sitting at 2203. If I upgrade the database and infrastructure services, will I have to upgrade all agents or is this backwards compatible for agents? meaning if I go to 2311 infra and DB and have a 2203 agent, will it still work?

you can utilize an older agent

I haven't validated the new builds, but from experience, I took a customer from 1912 to 2206 about 10 months ago and things were fine. The agent were 1912 but infra was 2206

it is backward compatibility for the agent. So it works with the newer broker and the older agents. But suggest upgrading the agents so the new features and enhancements can be used. thanks!
