You’re referring to non-persistent desktops? AVD supports Intune because they are all persistent VMs. Persistent in Citrix DaaS & Horizon will work just fine

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, non-persistent multi-user in Azure with Citrix DaaS. Thank you for the hint, I wasn't aware, that AVD works, because it's persistent. That let's things appear in a different light.

If you’re specifically looking at non-persistent/pooled via a gold image, then AD + GPO is still your best approach in my opinion

Exactly what I'm looking for. Because as of now, I have something like that up and running: Citrix DaaS Standard Windows 10 Multi user non-persistent Golden Image via Packer replaced monthly AzureAD only, no AD, no Cloud Connectors I have solved every issue so far: BIS-F, Defender, FSLogix, WEM, whatever I'Ve done via GPO normally, all solve thorugh various tricks with PowerShell, REG, WEM and BIS-F. But It'S getting out of hand. Therefore I was looking at intune. But we've made a strategic decision, thank's to your input: We'll revert the AzureAD only aspect, and switch to Hybrid with Cloud Connectors. We'll reverse all the Hacks in PowerShell and BIS,F, etc and will do classic good *ol GPO to get rid of the tricks and switch to something reliable and predictable.

We have an internal deployment of AVD with Entra join and Intune. There’s welll documented limitations with multi-session and Intune, but then some policies still don’t work as advertised

Good thread for me to read. I'm trying to utilize Citrix + W11 + Intune and persistent is the only way with that. not entirely opposed to it.
