It is 🙂 I've done a Win11 UEFI VDI with Applayering based on PVS project 2 month ago.

If I recall with the latest PVS UEFI is the only option now

Also have just tested this with latest App Layering build - PVS and UEFI layered image.

The key to this is adding a version to your OS layer with UEFI by using a hypervisor template in the connector configured with UEFI then you have to use an offloading connector also wiht a hypervisor template that specifies UEFI

I have run into boot issues with UEFI and Infoblox, so the majority of my UEFI deployments has been with BDM.

Yep DHCP options can be an issue if they don't have the option for it. BDM is current way on Nutanix IPAM as well with UEFI.
