01/24/2024, 4:58 PMCheck the FSL log during profile load to see what's hanging it up, too. Could be something else, though I don't see why it would even attempt it if there were no groups in that list. You should also Enable the "Profile Containers\Enabled" policy and set it to Disabled

01/24/2024, 5:03 PMyes I set to disable profile containers enable. since I delete into the fslogix group include and add into exclude the domain user. Profile are better. But get some other issue with wem and seamless application that do not star CPM Profile container / outlook container. But that seams work in desktop publish. .... I already add ticket open in Citrix and make some other test.

01/25/2024, 12:42 PMthanks for using the wem tool hub! the report is generated by querying the windows event log. for fslogic event, it only includes the username. so in some scenario, it could be counted into the wrong logon duration. if you'd like, please send out the archived event log file or the generated report file so we can investigate it. thanks
