hey all, i upgraded our gold image from O2016 to O2021 LTSC. I am getting an office licensing rearm failed after updating our test catalog. any ideas where i can begin to look? i did the exact same procedure on our other org and it went just fine. vda is 2203.0 and ddc is 2308
