havent ran usbdeview - but the user is saying device never appears in the Citrix devices menu as in your screenshot. I was wondering regarding this device specifically if this is even worth pursuing

I think we have one here in the house... I'll have to see if I can dig it up. I bought it for my wife a long time ago, but she switched to a Kindle Scribe when that came out.
