Historically I haven't roamed the Recycle Bin. I have seen too many users using it as a kind of "remote" storage solution which usually ended up in many GBs of data in the Recycle Bin.

I feel like you should enable OneDrive folder redirections and disable the Recycle Bin, OneDrive has a built-in one.

I'm actually working towards that. I implemented OneDrive KFM but thats only Docs/Pictures/Desktop

you can do more with some fancy registry changes

If you delete something in OneDrive you can access the OneDrive Recycle Bin via the OneDrive website

When disabling ODFC via GPO.. do you have to set all the other ODFC options to Not Configured or just leave them alone? I believe the "Enabled" flag being set to Disabled negates all the other options
