Not this product. But I'm finding that many new products based on machine learning like CrowrdStrike, SentinelOne, etc, all make those statements. At the end of the day it depends on the level of performance you expect and risk profile. For me, I don't want to ever risk performance and user experience, so I apply exclusions. These are always interesting discussions.

We have at least one customer runnig Cortex and it works a treat! You do not need the AV exclusions. The "scanning" approach by Cortex is different than with "legacy" AV products. Dont forget to scan your golden master with Cortex, tho!

We use it. We have implemented the AV exclusions just in case. We saw Cortex has a huge impact on the user density on our side...
