I've never removed properties, but there are many areas to manage the content menu from. There is a lot of good doco here, including the NirSoft tools: https://superuser.com/questions/5011/how-to-remove-items-from-the-right-click-context-menu-in-windows
This may also be controllable by an Explorer policy, although I'm unaware of one.

Many thanks @Jeremy Saunders for your response. Unfortunately I have already followed this KB and played with these keys but no luck. And, we are not allowed to use 3rd party hence looking for in box solution.

Just curious, @Ram Prasad What are the consequences if you can't find an in-box solution? It seems like they're asking you to visit the moon, but telling you that you can't leave earth

Agree with @Spencer Sun’s comment. The only product that I've ever seen that can make menu items disappear was the AppSense (Ivanti) product. And I don't know if this can remove that particular Properties option from Explorer. You may be able to write some clever C++ or C# code, but I've not come across anything.
ChatGPT knows of no way to achieve this. But rather than take my answer, you should try asking it yourself, as I might of not used the same context as you are after.
