06/29/2023, 3:48 PMYou can try running yum remove mod_http2 before doing the upgrade that worked for me. Of course make sure you have a snapshot first.

07/03/2023, 7:44 PM23.06.1 was released on Saturday, July 1st (our ELM downloaded it automatically). Just upgraded to it with no issues. Can't find anything in the release notes, assuming it fixes the above-mentioned issues.
