So that typically means wem cannot traverse the trust and is blacklisting your domain as non reachable - need to look at your AD trusts and permissions on your wem service account I would expect

from my WEM server, I can browse the root domain with my WEM service account, I used the ldp.exe tool for it. on the other hand, my domain infrastructure does include the two elements that citrix doesn't seem to support : - my subdomain has one way external relation ship. - the forest has a one way forest relation ship https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/workspace-environment-management/current-release/system-requirements.html NOTE: External trust relationships are not supported by WEM’s global catalog, which stores a copy of all Active Directory objects in a forest. Instead you must use other relationship types, such as forest trust relationships. WEM also does not support one-way forest trust relationship between forests. It's not supported, it 's ok, but does it mean that it can't work ?
