I had a short look into VUEMRSAV.exe but I would say its not there or my Monday-Eyes are tricking me.

I've relied on a combo of WEM and UPM logging to determine a correct UPM setting is applying via WEM.

Thanks Jian but we are using On-Prem WEM here. I came up with regedit to see if the path HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Norskale\Agent Host\UpmConfigurationSettings exists and have a correct value. Kinda GUI and not nice but did the trick in my case...
