It's strange. I don't encounter this issue in my environment. You mean that the applications are assigned as designed although it shows "not assigned" in the cloud console, right? Could you help to share more information, such as screenshots?

I think the issue may be most of my application are in APPLICATION GROUPS which it seems web console does not yet supported. So the individual apps show "not assigned" in web console, because they are assigned via an application group.
