Use the latest version and enable the policy for Store app roaming

I have looked through the newest (I think) adms, but see roaming for the recyle bin etc, but not for Store Apps. Am I missing something?

It is called "install Appx Packages"

Yeah, remove 'em. I managed to get Citrix UPM working with some fiddling with inclusions and exclusions but it's not particularly stable

Use the Appdata Local Installer for Whatsapp :)
