Honestly, if I were still at my old place, I'd have made the switch to UPM containers last year after dealing with a year long FSLogix ticket (that was never resolved).

I'm working for customer, where we just moved to UPM. We tried the GPO way of deploying UPM and the WEM way. The WEM way was 5 to 10 seconds faster in login performance. Might wanna look into that aswell

We also use WEM to configure UPM here.
